I highly recommend using the AI goat ssataei's Damage Calculator as it has the SwitchInScores logic implemented.

If the AI's mon resists/immune to all of your moves (All moves must be 4HKO+): that's a score of +17.
If the AI outspeeds your mon, that's a score of +14.
If the AI can wall your mon, that's a score of +2.
If the AI is weak to one of your moves (meaning a 2 HIT-KO move), that's a score of -1.
Also, the score obviously can't go below 0.
Lastly, if the AI gets OH-KO'ed by one of your moves, that's a score of -14 at least. We are not sure at all for the exact score.

Before you change forms, please make sure that you have Follower Pokemon activated (Viridian City Poké-Center NPC) and that your Rotom is also following you.
You can get Rotom by buying it in Celadon Game Corner Shop!
You can now change your Rotom's form by simply clicking on "A" key on this machine in Prof. Oak's lab!

How To Download Radical Red 4.0+ for PC/iPhone/Android:
If you have never patched or downloaded your own Radical Red 3.0 (or any other romhack) game file, here is a quick tutorial on how to do it!
If you want to download Radical Red, all you'll be needing is the "1636 Fire Red vanilla file" which you can get by simply searching it on Google!
After downloading it, you go to the official patcher of Radical Red. Then, you simply drag the 1636 .gba file into "ROM File" and then click "Apply Patch". I recommend renaming the newly patched file into "RR3.0" for example and putting it in a folder so that it's better organized.
Since this is the official patcher, it would always have the latest public version of the game.
Done! If you still haven't got an GBA emulator for your device, here is a list of recommended emulator for all devices.

Radical Red 4.0 - The Patch for Nuzlockers! (Streamer Patch):
In the new version of Pokémon Radical Red 3.0, you can now use the NES Console inside of the player's room in Pallet Town.
By putting in the code “Woyaopp”, you will get Rare Candies and Friendship Berries from this NPC in Viridian City.
By putting in the code “DexAll”, your DexNav will have all the possible mons registered from all routes.
And lastly by putting in the code “SO2Toxic”, you will get essentially the streamer patch or toxic patch. Basically you would be getting all the held items and berries and more that’s currently available to you.
